Acharn Tatsanee Rojanaphaiboon received her degree in Home Economics from Kasetsart University, and immediately became an instructor in same the same faculty. During the course of her careet; Acharn Tatsanee Rojanaphaiboon a vumber special training courses after which she was awarded a Certificate in Nutrition. More recently, she conducted a lecture on Khanom Jeen, Traditional Thai Fermented Noodles in Tokyo,Japan.
In addition to teaching various courses on food and nutrition, Acharn Mtsanee is also in charge of the university's student food services. Meanwhile, she offers her expertise to the public serving as a nutrition consultant, teaching an continuing education summer course and working on various magazines to inform people about the importance of a well-balanced diet.
Over the years, Acharn Mtsanee has served as the head of the Food and Nutrition Section, Department of Home Economics and student advisor. She has also conducted extensive research in food and nutrition focusing on topics such as fish used in Thai cooking and black beans as a protein supplement.
Based on the experience and expertise she has been able to acquire throughout her career Acharn Mtsanee has a long list of publications to her credit dealing with home economics, sweet banana sweet banana dishes, Thai recipes, Cocktail recipes, Japanese Cooking and Thai Dessert Recipes. She has more than 200 articles published in books and magazines some of which have been used for the scripts of both radio and television programs. Furthermore, she has prepared a number of textbooks for a number of universities.
Today now that Acharn Tatsanee has retired ftom the universit, she serves as a directotfor a consumer promotion project, a consultant for a number of private businesses engaged in food and nutrition and expert for the Kitchen Menu segment for the television program named "Number 5 House" at Channel 5.
